The following information is provided to cover most FAQ's.

Descriptions: All items for sale are NEW. Descriptions given will have the specific size for that item. See quantity for total available.

We also offer Multiple Yard Listings (MYL). All our Multiple Yard Listings (MYL) are 1 continuous piece of fabric that is uncut until check-out and Payment. For example: if ordering fabric sold in 1/2 yard increments and you order 3 items it would be a continuous piece of fabric 1 1/2 yards long.

Shipping: is now available in First Class and Priority. Your choice of shipping method and cost at checkout. Most 1 yd items will ship first class for around $3.00.

This web-site has been set up with the USPS to give you true postal rates per total weight of your entire order at check-out plus handling cost.

We use a Tyvek-type envelope which guarantees keeping your item clean and dry...and is lightweight at the same time. We have found this to be the best packaging for fabric.

We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday By Noon.

Registration upon check-out: Registration is optional. You do not have to register with us to purchase. Registration provides the convenience of saving your address information for future orders. AND registering allows you to create and view your "Wish List". We keep all your information in strict confidence and will not share/sell any customer information to anyone else.

International buyers welcome! NEW!!! International shipping rates are now integrated into our store by the USPS! 99% of international purchases will be able to be shipped airmail letter. If you have a concern about shipping please ask.

Taxes: We charge 6% tax on Pennsylvania Orders.

Terms of Sale Payment is to be received within 10 days of checking out of the shopping cart or order will be cancelled. If there is a problem, please contact us. We are easy to work with. We reserve the right to cancel orders from users with previous negative experience (non-payment, charge-backs and/or NSF checks).

Refund Policy: Everything sold is backed by a 100% guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase, simply mail it back within 10 days of receipt, and we'll refund the cost of the item. Please note, we cannot refund shipping charges. Please read the limited return policy in regards to Fabrics, Patterns, and Personalized Items.

Limited Return Policy:Fabric must be returned in the original quantity ordered. Partial returns on fabric will not be accepted. Fabric that has been cut (either by us or the purchaser), dyed or washed may not be returned. Patterns may not be returned for any reason. Personalized items may not be returned for any reason.

USA Payment Options We accept MasterCard/Visa payments thru PayPal. One does not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay via Paypal. Paypal now offers a guest type credit card payment similar to other credit card purchases on any other site on the internet. Due to the delay in shipping the order, we are no longer accepting checks.

We email when payment has arrived and email when item is shipped.
